  • What are your business hours?

    Our regular hours are: 

    Mon-Tues & Weds-Fri - 8am - 4:30pm

    Thursday - 8am - 7pm

    Saturday - 9am - 1pm

    Closed Sunday


    You may drop off an area rug for cleaning at any time during our regular business hours. We will call you when it's ready to pick-up! 


  • Do you clean small rugs or mats?

    Yes. At our Lancaster facility we clean area rugs of all sizes. From large 12' x 14' rugs to smaller bathroom rugs, hallway runners and welcome mats. 


  • Do you clean shag carpets?

    Yes. Traditional carpets, braided rugs, and shag style carpets too - our equipment can get even the dirtiest rugs looking and smelling clean!  


  • Do you offer pick-up for large rugs?

    Yes we do! We know some area rugs are too large for you to transport on your own so simply schedule a pick-up with our team and we'll deliver your rug when it's clean! 


  • How long does area rug cleaning take?

    The process typically takes 7 to 10 days from drop off until pick-up.


  • Do you do office carpet cleaning?

    Offices, retail spaces, gyms, businesses - we do them all. Our team can help with any of your residential or commercial cleaning needs.
